Naming and Delivery Ceremony Held for NO.15 Toshin

On April 15, 2026, a naming and delivery ceremony was held for NO.15 Toshin at Yamanaka Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. A safety prayer ceremony was also held at Kotohira-gu Shrine in Kagawa Prefecture, where prayers were offered for the vessel’s safe operations in the years ahead. NO.15 Toshin is a 749DWT class coastal vessel and will be operated as a products carrier. The ceremonies were attended by many guests and representatives from related companies, and the naming, safety prayer and delivery proceedings were successfully completed. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all parties involved for their continued support and cooperation, which made this important occasion possible. Going forward, NO.15 Toshin will place safe operations as its highest priority while providing reliable transportation services and contributing to the further development of Japan’s maritime logistics industry.

Delivery of NO.28 Toshin Successfully Completed

On March 25, 2026, the newly built vessel NO.28 TOSHIN, which had been under construction at Nakano-shima Shipyard Co., Ltd., was successfully delivered. The vessel is a 499DWT coastal vessel, and designed with enhanced safety and environmental performance, NO.28 TOSHIN has received the highest five-star rating under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s Coastal Shipping Energy Efficiency Rating System. The successful delivery was made possible through the continued support and cooperation of all parties involved, to whom we would like to express our sincere appreciation. Going forward, NO.28 TOSHIN will place safe operations as its highest priority while contributing to reliable transportation services and the further development of Japan’s maritime logistics industry.

Our new coastal vessel "No.28 Toshin" launching Ceremony

On January 16, 2026, the launching ceremony of the coastal vessel “N0.28 Toshin” was held at Nakanoshima Shipyard. The vessel is a coastal cargo ship with 499GT/1,850DWT. Designed with a practical hull form optimized for actual operations, the vessel achieves a balance between safety and transportation efficiency. The next day, a Japanese traditional safety prayer ceremony("Anzen Kigan") was held at Konpira Shrine, where prayers were offered for the vessel’s safe voyages and for the crew’s continued safety without accidents or incidents. *The shrine is believed to be a guardian of sailors and fishermen, though its faith also has aspects of mountain worship. Following outfitting works and various trials, the vessel is scheduled for delivery in March 2026.

Our new vessel "No.362(499GT)" had a keel-laying ceremony at Nakanoshima Shipyard

On October 1, 2025, the keel laying ceremony for our new coastal vessel No. 362, was held at Nakanoshima Shipyard. The vessel is 499 GT/1,850DWT, and is expected to receive the highest rating of five stars under the "Energy Efficiency Rating System" for Coastal Vessels. The vessel will be constructed at Nakanoshima Shipyard, renowned for long-standing technological expertise and ability to build high-quality, highly reliable vessels. The vessel is scheduled to be launched in January 2026 and delivered in the late spring of the same year.

Chemical/Oil tanker「MT. WITHAM」joined our Ocean-Going fleet list

Toshin Co., LTD. welcomes the Chemical/Oil tanker MT. WITHAM in October 2025. The vessel is a Chemical/Oil Tanker, built in January 2020 by Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea. Specifications Vessel Type: Chemical/Oil Tanker Deadweight (DWT): 49,999 tons Length Overall (LOA): 183.0 m Breadth: 32.2 m Depth: 13.26 m Shipyard: Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (South Korea) Year Built: January 2020 The vessel will operate under a charter agreement with Union Maritime Limited. We will continue to expand our fleet in both the international and domestic sectors, providing sustainable and reliable maritime transportation services.

Our new vessel "No.1211(749GT)" had a keel-laying ceremony at Yamanaka Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

On September 2nd, 2025, the keel laying ceremony for Hull No. 1211 was held at the head office shipyard of Yamanaka Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.. In the presence of all concerned parties, prayers were offered for the safety of the construction work and the successful completion of the vessel. The vessel is a coastal cargo ship with 749G/T and 2,410DWT, incorporating the latest energy-efficient design with an excellent environmental performance ship model. Therefore, we are expected to receive the highest rating of five stars under the “Energy Efficiency Rating System for Coastal Vessels.” Completion and delivery are scheduled for April 2026.

On July 12, 2025, we successfully held the launching ceremony of our newly built vessel, “NO.5 Toshin Maru”, at Nagaki Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Nagasaki Prefecture. This vessel has been constructed to achieve offshore operations. Furthermore, the ship will serve as a core unit of our fleet and operate coast-wide. Taking a class on Emergency Response Training

May, 22nd 2024, an emergency response drill was conducted for our coastal vessel crews in Nagasaki City. To ensure that crew members can smoothly respond appropriately according to their roles in the event of an accident at sea, training was conducted on how to react to collisions with other vessels, how to report incidents, how to confirm the chain of command, how to use life-saving equipment, and how to abandon ship using life rafts.
